Feedback/Grievance Mechanism
We welcome your feedback anytime and should you have any issue
of concern, please contact us immediately. Our feedback channels include:
- Feedback form (available at Level 8 of school premise)
- Face-to-face feedback with Student Service Manager (Level 10)
- Telephone communication at 65-6395 3630 or 65-6562 6089, Mondays to Fridays from
9:00am to 6:00pm. The School is closed on weekends and Public Holidays.

We will investigate and act to resolve areas of concerns. Our interim
response is within 2 working days. Depending on the complexity of the case, our response
time is within 14 working days. If the School is unable to solve the complaint amicably,
students are able to refer to CASE mediation channel or any other external mediation agencies.
