Dr. CHAN Weng Kee [CWK] |

Dr Chan’s background consists of substantial years of holding key positions with stackable
experience in the field of telecommunication, entrepreneurship and business operation and finance consultancy.
He has made great achievement in his career and had held senior management position in MNC. He is the chief
trainer registered with the Ministry of Education, and a Chartered Marketer of Chartered Institute of
Marketing (UK). |

Dr Chan had previously held position of the subcommittee Chairman for membership of CIMS
(Chartered Institute of Marketing –Singapore) in year 1996/1997, the Honorary Treasurer of CIMS
(2007/2008) and the current Honorary Secretary of CIMS. He is currently the lead trainer for Chartered
Institute of Marketing (UK) courses and CIMNET (an e-commerce training arm of CIM). He had also run
training programs with some established private training schools. He is also a trainer for Smartvoice,
an established call centre in Singapore. Dr Chan has extended his training experience as a professional
executive trainer for Hanoi School of Business (Vietnam National University) and a corporate trainer for
some major multinational corporations and organizations.

With Dr Chan's background, he developed his propriety syllabus in professional certificate in Business and
Telemarketing. The course comprises of SmartCall - the operational level, SmartTel - the tactical level,
and SmartFocus - the strategic level, which will prepare and equip the participants into the workforce and
also create a strong foundation for their academic advancement in Business and Marketing.

He published a book in year 2007, “Operation Efficiency – Lesson from a Call Centre”.

Dr Chua Wai Sie's background consists of substantial years of holding key positions
with stackable experience in the field of banking and consultancy. She has made great achievement in her
career and had held senior management position in software consultancy company and the financial (banking)
company. She has many years of training experiences to clients, consultants, software engineer in corporate
banking such as Capital market, Treasury and risk management. Dr Chua is the currently the General Manager
for Smartvoice Pte Ltd, an established call centre with about 80 employees. |

Dr Chua is an Executive committee member of CIMS (Chartered Institute of Marketing - Singapore)
since 2006. She was awarded the Chartered Marketer (UK) in 2007.

Dr Chua is a registered trainer with the Ministry of Education. She is a trainer for Chartered

Gay Lim has gathered more than 10 years of Sales, Business
Development and Marketing experiences. In his careers, he has been invloved in major business
development in a technology coglomerate known as ST Electronics, in the field of Security
Solutions and Telematics Applications. Gay Lim then moved into the field of both Credit Risk
Management and Merchant Acquiring Business with two global banks in both HSBC and CITIBANK.
He is an associate professional executive trainer for Hanoi School of Business
(Vietnam National University) and currently manages the Electronic Commerce Merchant Acquiring
Business in Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited.
